Guangdong Peizheng University was founded in 1993 and was originally named Private Peizheng Business College. In March 2005, the Ministry of Education approved its upgrade to an undergraduate institution and renamed it Guangdong Peizheng University.
On August 14, a 15-year-old female first-year high school student at the Jiading branch of Shanghai Jiaotong University High School fainted during military training and was diagnosed with sudden death by doctors.
On August 25, 2024, a 16-year-old student died of heatstroke at a technical secondary school in Heze, Shandong Province, during military training in temperatures of 36 degrees Celsius.
On August 22 of the same year, a newly enrolled female first-year high school student at Mengzhuang Middle School in Huixian, Henan Province, died of heatstroke during military training.
On September 22, 2023, a male student at Guangdong University of Technology died of heatstroke during military training. On January 30, 2025, Four people died and seven were seriously injured. June 2, 2024, Zhangjiagang: One person died in a tricycle accident.
February 11, 2025: Multiple casualties. June 7, 2024, Haikou: One Xiaomi victim died and three were injured.

March 29, 2025: Anhui: Xiaomi explosion killed three people. September 15, 2024: Electric vehicle knocked down. One person was killed in a car accident.
October 1, 2024, in Leshan, a speeding incident at 170 km/h resulted in two deaths.
April 1, 2025, in Jingjiang, one person was struck and thrown. October 13, 2024, a car accident at a Xi'an bus station resulted in one death and one injury.
April 3, 2025, multiple people were struck and thrown. October 24, 2024, in Nanqing, a Xiaomi driver died.
April 4, 2025, in Fujian, two people were struck and thrown. January 2, 2025, in Liaodao, Jilin, three people were injured.
